• Exploiting any technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the games;
• Invalid chargebacks made after a deposit has been completed;
• Identity fraud or the use of false information;
• Any attempt to launder money or conduct other illegal activities through the 128mega platform.

128mega reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at any time where there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms & Conditions;
• Fraud, identity theft, or suspicious activity;
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the player for responsible gambling reasons;
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the stipulated timeframe;
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

For accounts terminated due to confirmed fraud, 128mega reserves the right to seize all balances, bonuses, and winnings in the account.
